Early life and education
Jessica Drake was born as Angela Patrice Heaslet on October the 14th, 1974. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, and spent her early life moving around different Texas cities (including El Paso). She went to community college in El Paso for a while, and then to University of Texas (majored in psychology), but she didn't graduate because she left college and went on to pursue her porn career. While she was still in college she started working as a stripper. This is how she met Michael Raven (a porn director). Raven and his wife Sydnee Steele were the ones who introduced Jessica to porn industry. She was hanging around the sets doing all kinds of things before she actually filmed her first scene in 1999.
